Convair CV-580: This high powered, robust turbo-prop has a simple, efficient loading system that will accommodate up to 7000kgs, of standard palletised freight, up to 4 full size, and 2 half size containers, mining equipment, oversized freight, and is Dangerous Goods approved.
With an independent, on board APU, the Convair can operate autonomously in remote areas where few aircraft of this size are able to service.
The strength of the Convair CV-580 is its ability to accommodate diverse and bulky consignments to either primary and remote airports.
